Bordeaux Farms is located on nearly 240 acres in Virginia, where we raise beef for people who care about quality steaks on sale. We serve those who want farm fresh meat cuts and who are concerned how each cow is treated. At Bordeaux Farms, our dry aged beef is 100% traceable. We have a closed herd and hand raise all the beef we sell on the farm. We care about our land, our animals, our health, and providing top notch USDA certified beef. Our goal is to provide you with an alternative to store bought meats. Our method is pasture to plate, every single time.

Bordeaux Beef Cuts

We personally deliver the finished cattle to our USDA certified butcher, where the beef is dry-aged.  To maximize flavor and tenderness, beef carcasses are hung for a minimum of 21 days and the cuts of meat are vacuumed packed and flash frozen at a USDA facility. This results in impeccable dry aged steaks, filets of beef, roast beef cuts, and more. Once it’s finished being perfected,  we then transport the beef back to the farm where it is sold directly to our customer. No middle man, no time on a grocery store shelf. It’s personalized way to get the dry aged beef you’re craving without buying second tier market quality.
